Enjoy live music with your family, friends and neighbors every Saturday until August 3, 2019.

Presented with our office and the office of Councilmember Paul Krekorian and the Valley Cultural Foundation, each concert begins with local and emerging talent, followed by a headliner. Bring blankets, low chairs (under 3 ft. in height), tarps and pillows. Canopies or umbrellas of any type are permitted UNTIL the concert starts.

No open flames are allowed in the park. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Parking is available at the recreation center parking lots, areas surrounding the park and the North Hollywood metro station.

Food Trucks at 6:30 p.m. and Concerts begin at 7 p.m.

This is a great opportunity for live music, and to discuss any community issues with Assembly or City staff.

More information is available on the Noho Summer Nights website.

NoHo Performers

Please join me and the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk for a voter education workshop on the new voting experience in LA County!

In 2020, Los Angeles County will transition from polling places to vote centers. This new model will allow voters to cast a ballot at any vote center location in the County over an 11-day period.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Vote Center Placement Project (VCPP) and its core mission to identify and place accessible and convenient vote center locations throughout the county.

Steps for Adopting:

  1. Find a dog you love during this event.
  2. Fill out an online adoption application at the event.
  3. If your application is approved, a trusted volunteer will perform a home-check.
  4. Once the home-check has been conducted, the Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation will conduct a meet & greet between you and the dog at the rescue. If you have a dog(s) then they will perform a private meet & greet between the dogs to be sure they all get along. *They can also temperament test the dog with cats and children.*
  5. Next comes the foster-to-adopt trial week where you foster for 7 days to be sure this is the right home and you are the right fit.
  6. On the 8th day, after signing the adoption agreement, the adoption closes and the dog is officially in their forever home!

We hope you can join us! Please contact our office at (818) 376-4246 if you have any questions.
