(Sacramento) - Every year, lawmakers at the California State Capitol take time to honor a Holocaust survivor that resides in their respected districts. Assemblymember Adrin Nazarian (D-Van Nuys) is celebrating the life of Ann Signett, who survived WWII by fleeing her home country with her family. “As we reflect on these frightening times, we must remember to stand with one another, and speak out to ensure that these acts of violence on individuals over their backgrounds, their cultures, religions, even tribes, will not occur  again,” says Assemblymember Nazarian.
