Save the Date - the West Valley Day of Service is Back!
Dear Neighbor,
I'm excited to share that our second annual West Valley Day of Service is confirmed for Sunday, April 30th.
Last year, over 800 people participated in this incredible day of giving back to the San Fernando Valley by donating blood, packing homeless outreach kits, cleaning up the L.A. River, painting a mural at an elementary school, clearing a hiking trail, and other service projects. We expect this year’s event to be even bigger and better!
You can be a part of this event in several ways:
- Save the date of Sunday, April 30th: Individual sign-ups will begin several weeks in advance of the event.
- Host a project: If you provide a service to the San Fernando Valley and have a need that our volunteers can fulfill on that day, please reach out to discuss.
- Become an official partner: Let us know if you can bring at least 10 volunteers from your group/organization, and we'll add you to the team.
- Table at our event: If you represent a group that serves our community, we welcome you to table at our event. We’ll provide tables and chairs.
