You’re Invited: Private Screening of “Gabby Giffords Won’t Back Down”

One of my top priorities as your State Representative has been to advance common sense gun safety measures to protect our schools and our communities from gun violence.
I am proud to report that this year the legislature passed several important new laws that will help to protect our community. To celebrate this progress and reflect on the work left to be done, I am pleased to invite you to join a private screening of “Gabby Giffords Won’t Back Down,” an inspiring film that tells the story of former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, whose life was nearly lost in a 2011 assassination attempt that left her partially paralyzed.
