Valley Day of Service

Join Assemblymember Jesse Gabriel on Sunday, April 30th for the Second Annual Valley Day of Service. We’ll be working with dozens of community groups and nonprofits to bring folks together to assist with service projects around the San Fernando Valley.

We will be collecting non-perishable food items at the event for the SOVA Food Pantry. We invite you to bring one can/item of food (or many!) with you to the event.

SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

  • Help Those in Need – Assemble homeless outreach kits, pack essentials for domestic violence survivors, write letters to seniors and healthcare workers, and more (Pierce College)
  • Get Your Hands Dirty – Grab a shovel for a fun landscaping project (Pierce College)
  • Help Feed the Hungry – Help transport and sort food items for the SOVA Food Pantry (Van Nuys)
